Orientation seminars are organized on a regular basis on personality development, carrier development, communicative skill, health and hygiene etc. for students, teachers and parents.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Skills on English communication, studies, managing stress, Time management, issues of adolescence and character formation are given on a regular basis.

CLUBS
English, Mathematics, Eco club, Social Studies, Science, Computer, Charity club, Language club are functioning on a regular basis
CLUBS are functioning in the school to motivate children developing inherent talents in them. Various programmes are conducted under the banner of clubs. The club initiates programmes like skit on sense organs, tree plantation day, awareness on Dengue and malaria (causes, symptoms & preventive measures), debate competition on influence of social media, National pollution prevention day, chart presentation on various themes, essay competition on waste management and sound pollution, celebration of national science day, participation etc.
ECO CLUB organizes World population day, Skit presentations on various themes, “PLANT TREES & SAVE ENVIROMENT†campaign, Swatch Bharat Abhiyan, Plastic drive campaign and celebration of Geography Day.
ENGLISH CLUB organizes special sessions on English communication skills, remedial coaching in reading and writing, Collecting Informations regarding great leaders, chart presentations on various historical events, spell bee contest, debates and International day of peace.
SOCIAL OUTREACHING PROGRAMME
Visit of old age homes, orphanages and mentally challenged centers for creating a social awareness among children.
SOCIAL SERVICE CLUB conducts various programme like Donation drive for Cancer Patients, visit of orphanages and old age homes, financial help to the financially disabled etc.Every month different houses organize different programmes under the title of Cultural Committee. SAVE A CHILD AND MOVE THE WORLD donation drive, Plant Tree and Save Earth project are also given prime importance. Every WEDNESDAY LAST HOUR is set for special programme to express their talents in the class. It helps the student to build up confidence, stay away from stage fear and develop skills. Primary & Pre-primary students are trained in arts, conduct assemblies with variety of programme like solo, group songs, group dance, storytelling, poetry recitations, elocution etc. High School & Jr.College sections are trained in debate, quiz competition, skits on various themes etc.
PASSING THE TORCH CEREMONY is conducted as a symbol of handing over the traditions and values are practiced and followed by Nirmal Bethanians to the coming generations. This is arranged on the day of Farewell to Class XII students.
